[Android] Guide: How to set up TiviMate

Information about the TiviMate app

The TiviMate IPTV Player is a wonderful app with a built-in EPG and incredible IPTV streaming quality. With TiviMate you can access both live TV and video-on-demand content. The TiviMate app is available for all Android devices and Android TV devices. There is both a free and a premium version of the app.

Prerequisite for setting up the TiviMate app

To set up the TiviMate app you need access, which you can purchase via our customer portal. You can find our customer portal here: https://my.6iptv.com/

Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of the TiviMate app to avoid possible programming errors in the app.

Setting up the TiviMate application

Step 1: Please install the latest version of the TiviMate app on your Android device to avoid programming errors. Please now open the app. If you see the message “ TiviMate app is intended for using on TV boxes with a remote control. It is not optimzed for devices with a touch screen. ” you must click on “ Use anyway ” to continue.

Step 2: After the initial installation of the TiviMate application, you will receive a message that there is no valid source of TV channels. Please click on ” Add playlist ” to add your purchased list.

Step 3: Now you have the choice regarding the reception type. We recommend using the “Xtream Codes” option as it is the easiest to set up using the Xtream Codes API.

Step 4: If you have decided to use Xtream Codes, you will need the access data for your purchased list. Here we will show you how to get your access data from your customer account: This is how you can view your access data

Step 5 : Now you have to enter the required login details and the host URL in the requested fields.

Step 5.1: Please enter the following host URL in the “ Server address ” field: http://streamx.link:8080/

Step 5.2: Please enter the username of your purchased access in the ” Username ” field. Here we show you how you can find your access data in your customer account: This is how you can view your access data

Step 5.3: Now you must enter the password for your purchased access in the “ Password ” field. We explained how you can view the access data in step 5.2 .

Step 5.4: The “ Include VOD ” field should be checked by default. If this is not the case, we recommend that you check it so that you can also access the video-on-demand content.

Step 5.5: After entering your login details, the next thing you need to do is click on “ Next ”.

Step 6: The playlist of your purchased access will now be loaded. This may take a few minutes, so please be patient until it has finished loading.

Congratulations! You have now successfully installed and set up TiviMate on your Android device.

The premium version of the TiviMate application can be purchased in the app under Settings. The premium version gives you access to various functions and settings, such as catch-up, automatic adjustment of the refresh rate (AFR), and much more.
